Shipping: Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, and tracking details will be provided where available.

Returns: Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before returning an item. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Collection: Orders can be collected from our fitness studio during opening hours once you have received confirmation that they are ready. Please bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting.
