Cancellation policy
Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment.
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments, may be charged in full. We understand emergencies happen and will always try to be fair where possible.
Shipping policy
Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery normally takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. Delivery times may vary during busy periods, and tracking details will be provided where available.
Returns policy
Unused and unopened items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Please contact us before returning an item. Products must be returned in their original condition, and return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Collection policy
Orders can be collected from our fitness studio during opening hours once you have received confirmation that they are ready. Please bring your order confirmation or order number when collecting.
